1.Decoiler
It is passive type and it has simple structure and low cost.
Compared with other company, our manual decoiler has manual wheel and manual brake to prevent material silting.
2.Guide feeding device
Stainless steel rollers, two rows of transmission rubber rollers and two nylon pallets are used to assist the transmission of raw materials to prevent scratches on the paint surface of the plate.
With four hand wheels to adjust the width and the position of the feeding material, making it more stable accurate.
You can see that the nylon board above is a little missing, which is for the convenience of feeding and positioning. And the screws below are fixed inside the nylon board, so as to avoid friction with the paint surface of the board and protect the paint surface.
3.Main roll forming machine
Integral forming:Roller stations will be 14-16 stations so it generally save the space.

4.Rolling shaft and roller
The shafts we use are all solid shafts. Although the prices of other manufacturers are low, they are all hollow shafts, which are easy to damage and affect the accuracy of products.
The roller we chosen is made from hard chromium to improve hardness, prevent abrasion, anti corrosion and increase of service life.
5.PLC control system
The touch screen is Delta, easy to operate, high in accuracy, and can design various parameters and functions.
The control button is Schneider. If there is no touch screen, then if a button is broken, then no PLC can be used. The electronic contacts in our buttons are made of silver, which has better conductivity, accuracy and long service life. The default language of the panel is Chinese/English, it can also be customized into other languages according to customers' needs.
Each wire is marked with a number or letter, which is convenient for installation and corresponds to each other. It is very neat and beautiful to be tied up with wire ties. The aviation plug is used to integrate the lines together, thus avoiding the clutter of interface wires.And our aviation plug is inside the box, which can better protect the aviation plug. It is very troublesome to repair or replace the aviation plug.
6.Shearing Mechanism
The cutter with four guide pillars has higher accuracy, longer service life and higher relative price than the cutter with two guide pillars. Our shear heads are bolted with standard parts, which is convenient for replacement and maintenance after a long time of use.
7.hydraulic station
The motor of hydraulic station is a Chinese standard brand with good quality and long service life, which can reach more than ten years. Since the establishment of our company, no customer has ever reported that the motor is damaged. It seems that the cost of the motor is very low, but if other motors with poor quality are used, once they are damaged, the accessories are very small, but the postage is very expensive, and you have to wait for the mailing time, which will delay your work.
8.Products receiving table
It is welded with square pipes, and there are rollers on it to protect the paint surface of the sheet. It is necessary to manually put the sheet on it.
